Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes duties in managing the installation operations such as equipment management and accountability programs, property book accountability, mobile equipment maintenance, supply warehouse, and motor pool operations to ensure adequate internal control systems are developed and implemented. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
