CYBER COMMAND, FORT MEADE, MD.
Serve as the Director, Acquisition Financial Management Division under the Command Acquisition Executive and J9 Acquisition and Technology Directorate.
Direct the functions of budgeting, programming, and acquisition financial management oversight, review and analysis.
Share external representational duties with the Command Acquisition Executive on various committees, boards, working groups, and other intra- and inter-agency forums.
Establish annual, multi-year, and long-range forecasts and plans for manpower, budget and accounting requirements.
Plan work to be accomplished by employees, setting, and adjusting short-term to long-range (e.g., multiple year) priorities.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.
This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
The incumbent must meet NSA personnel security requirements outlined in NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.
Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 10% of the time.
The incumbent may be recalled to duty, may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to work overtime.

The incumbent must obtain Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) BUS-FM Advanced certification within two years.
