- Daycare discount. The discount will apply to children enrolled in a Child Development Center, School Age Care Program, or Family Child Care Program. The discount is for any installation full-time, part-time, and flexible staff member working minimum of 15 hours per week. Direct Care employees will receive a 100 percent discount for one child. Management and Support Staff will receive a 50 percent discount for one child. For all eligible CYP employees with multiple children enrolled, the discount will apply to the child with highest fee and the employee will continue to receive the 20 percent multi-child discount for any additional children.
