Duties

Help
  • Manages a large Franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations.
  • Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales. Maintains budgeted food and service labor costs and proper inventories.
  • Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation. Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items.
  • Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment.
  • Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.

  • Must obtain ServeSafe Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information. Will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals.
  • Must be able and willing to work a schedule that includes working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resume should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

  • Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant (i.e. Steakhouse, etc.).
  • Minimum two years experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service franchise restaurant concept is preferred.
The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application.
