Duties

Help

  • Answer telephones and routes calls to appropriate persons.
  • Performs various administrative assignments.
  • Greets and assists incoming visitors.
  • Requests and records clearance verification information for incoming visitors.
  • Schedules briefings, meetings, and verify clearances of attendees and briefers. Provide an access list, verify identities, and control classified information created or provided for the briefings.
  • Maintains office files, accounts, and supplies.
  • Sets up rooms for briefings.

Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

The incumbent must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of office experience. The incumbent must be able to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance along with SCI access.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of one year of office experience.
