The position reports to the Mission System Operation Branch (OITM) , Office of Information Technology (OIT), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).
Responsible for leading efforts to deliver ServiceNOW solutions for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and influencing the implementation, processes and on-going support of the ServiceNow platform.
Deploys all cloud resources in a DoD environment that requires very high availability. Performs configuration management and disaster recovery tasks throughout the cloud environment.
Leads meetings and discussions with employees and technical personnel to plan, test, implement, maintain, and modify DCAA IT technical strategies and solutions.
Coordinates Information Assurance/Cybersecurity incident responses with first responders and Agency Information Assurance (IA) Officer(s).
Performs day-to-day oversight of IT contractors on services and issues to ensure contracted performance is consistent with terms and conditions of the contract.

Problem Solving- identifying alternatives to address complex information technology-related issues by gathering and applying information from a variety of sources that provide a number of potential solutions.
In addition to meeting the basic requirement, you must have one year specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience is defined as:
Designing, planning and managing applications and system integration/migration with a cloud environment;
OR administering an enterprise-level IT Service Management (ITSM) platform;
OR Proven ability to manage and lead the complete lifecycle of custom automation applications, including their integration with
enterprise service management solutions.
