Conduct complex, high priority, and sensitive inquiries and investigations into allegations of Military Whistleblower Reprisal as directed by the Director, DHA, Deputy Director DHA or the DHA Inspector General.
Prepare and review written administrative investigation reports and related correspondence.
Exercise ingenuity in interpreting and revising existing regulations, policies, statues, and directives relevant to IG mission and functions.
Brief leadership on investigative findings and investigative data in support of management decisions.
Provide case management of complaints made to the DHA OIG.
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
