You will develop and administer a fleet training program that delivers basic Arctic knowledge, advanced ship handling training, and unique sensor employment in extremely shallow iced covered water.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience in program management, Navy budget development and execution, submarine operations, Navy training and qualification programs, fleet exercise coordination, and a combination of submarine sensor employment and NAVSEA material configuration requirements.
*Experience supervising and managing shore command programs, infrastructures, and resources.
*Experience applying knowledge of submarine Arctic operations to make creative decisions and significant recommendations that effect positive changes and development to support critical mission requirements.
*Experience developing and interpreting guidance in the area of submarine fleet operations in Arctic.
