We're looking for an entry-level Communications Analyst to assist with internal and external communications. We want a team player who is willing to learn and able to work full time in our Arlington, VA, headquarters. Bring your voice to our team!

We have an immediate opening for an entry-level analyst to join our Communications team. We are looking for a team player with a willingness to learn and grow. With around two years of experience, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work independently on projects while supporting the agency's strategic communication initiatives.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about thoughtful and engaging communication. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner, outgoing, and a team player who will help our fast-paced and dynamic teams coordinate and enhance our internal and external communications.

Be part of a creative and high-performing team that is responsible for shaping the agency's communications strategy to inform, engage, and inspire targeted audiences.

We have a great story to tell and are looking for assistance in telling that story to help inform and engage targeted audiences. If you are a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative individual who is comfortable alternating between working independently and as part of a team, this could be a great fit.

Candidates will be evaluated on the skills that they possess that are directly related to the duties of the position and the experience, education and training that indicate the applicant's ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position. Only those candidates who meet all qualification and eligibility requirements and who submit the required information by 11:59 PM EST on 01/28/2026 will be considered.

The USPS OIG uses a Pay Banding system, which is equivalent to the Federal GS scale. Grade and salary determinations will be made based upon a candidate's education and professional experience.

This position is being advertised at the Journey Band level, equivalent to a GS-9 - GS-11. The salary range for this position is $70,623.00 - $111,087.00. The salary figures include locality pay. Promotion potential to a GS-13 equivalent is at management's discretion.
