Within a lodging facility, plans and manages the day-to-day food service program where full-service restaurant dining and catering are a regular, substantial basis of the total food operation.
Manages a business activity as an assistant manager.
Recommends and enforces operating procedures.
Represents the activity to the public.
Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position

Must be willing to adhere to strict appearance policy
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
In addition to the above, Highly Qualified Candidates will posses the following:
Restaurant management experience
Resort/hotel experience required
Prior financial and administrative duties required
Restaurant monthly inventory background required
Education
Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications.
