This This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade broadband NH II, equivalent to the next to lower grade GS-11 or equivalent in the Federal Service (may have been obtained in the federal service, military, or private sector) . Examples of specialized experience includes specialized experience is described as: expert knowledge of NAVWAR and PNT applications to operations, with a basic understanding of the Electro-Magnetic Spectrum (EMS), Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI), Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Support (ES), and Electronic Protect (EP). Ability to analyze an operational environment and apply NAVWAR knowledge to current, future, and contingency operations to develop and present operationally-relevant options and solutions for Combatant commands (CCMDs), CCMD Components, Servies and Allies. Takes and displays personal accountability in leading, overseeing, guiding, and/or managing programs and projects within assigned areas of responsibility. Work is timely, efficient and of acceptable quality. Completed work meets project/program objectives. Leadership and/or supervision effectively promotes commitment to organization goals. Flexibility, adaptability, and decisiveness are exercised appropriately.

In-depth knowledge of Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR_, the Global Positioning System (GPS), and Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) as it relates to current and future operations.
Expert knowledge of Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR), and PNT applications to operations, with a basic understanding of the Electro-Magnetic Spectrum (EMS), Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI), Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Support (ES), and Electronic Protect (EP). Ability to utilize, and knowledge of, managerial/leadership skills, to lead, coordinate, and/or participate in, recurring and ad hoc Teams to recommend solutions to, or solve, dynamic, time-critical, and/or unique NAVWAR operational,intelligence, planning, and training problems.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
