Summary
This position is located at MWR Community Recreation Division - Physical Fitness Centers - Fort Campbell, KY.

United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
In a patron usage facility, receive and resolve customer complaints, provide information and general instructions on the use of equipment, and circulate among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
Leads the work of other employees to include routine conveyance of instructions from supervisors, distribution of workload, and clarification of policies and procedures.
Leads the work of other employees to include answering questions, providing leadership and guidance, and providing on the job training for new employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

Must be able to work a schedule that includes rotating shifts, weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.

Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.

6 months experience leading 4 or more employees

6 months of working experience in a recreation program/field
1 year of experience using a cash register

PCS Costs

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials
This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
