As an IT Specialist (APPSW/DATAMGT), you will:
Provide OIG components with comprehensive data analysis support. This includes analyzing and defining data requirements and specifications, resolving complex data management and data analysis problems, highlighting optimal software solutions, as well as evaluating and providing recommendations on the adoption of new technologies in support of software development, data mining, data warehousing, and other data storage and retrieval systems.
Serve as an expert in the interpretation of policies, procedures, and guidelines governing database management, data analysis support, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) throughout the OIG.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
