The United States Space Force (USSF) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton OH is searching for a Requirements Manager for NSIC (GG-0343-13).

Description:
The 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron within the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. Our team is responsible for assigning, managing, tracking, ensuring completion, and dissemination of all production requirements received by the Squadron to support our mission.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong management, program management, intelligence analysis cycles, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge and expertise in space system concepts and foreign counterspace systems. They have experience working with single source intelligence requirements including GEOINT, MASINT, and SIGINT. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work within teams and communicate tailored results to a variety of audiences to include center, squadron, and flight leadership. The ideal candidate possesses the skills needed to manage COLISEUM requirements, ServiceNow inputs, lead efforts to update/create production tracking tools, and guide the assignment and completion of intelligence production across the squadron.

  • Must be a U.S Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret / SCI security clearance.
  • May be required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise.
  • Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed "unscheduled telework".
  • May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.
  • May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assignments.
  • This position will close after 5 business days or 75 applications, whichever comes first.
  • PCS funding is authorized.
  • Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY): Approximately 15 days per year.
  • This position has been designated for drug testing. Incumbent is subject to random urinalysis testing as a condition of employment.
