Duties

Help
  • Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation.
  • Manages a large Franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations.
  • Responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
  • Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Must be able and willing to work a schedule that includes working nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a ServeSafe Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information.
  • Will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
1. Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant (i.e. Steakhouse, etc).
2. Minimum two years' experience as a Service manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service restaurant is preferred.

NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and assessment/questionnaire. A copy of all supporting documents must be submitted at the time of application.
