The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and assistance to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager.
Responsible for planning and organizing and directing programs all within budget. Responsible for arrangements for catering activities (i.e., banquets, parties, receptions, luncheons, and other special activities) responsible for quality food and service catered by the club. Supervise Club employees, performs workforce management, recruitment, and staffing. Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift.
