Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IBM Mainframe Security Access Control Programs (ACPs) ACF2, RACF, and TSS.
IBM Mainframe Security Access Control Management: Manage user rights, resource permissions, group memberships, and processing privileged user access requests.
Security Assessments and Audits: Conduct regular security assessments and audits, including STIG adherence checks, to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards while coordinating with audit teams.
Security Assessments and Audits: Respond to Audit Readiness Requests (ARRs), provide required documentation and checklists, and support both internal and external audits.
User Access and Certificate Management for IBM Mainframes: Administer RSA tokens, manage internal certificates, and identify and report user access issues or violations.

Qualifying Experience:
In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must possess qualifying experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience planning and analyzing a mainframe operating system environment (such as IBM z/OS); Installing, configuring, and testing a mainframe operating system; and Managing a mainframe operating system to support IT architecture and business requirements.
