Duties

Help
  • Opens and/or closes facilities by locking/unlocking doors and windows, and assuring security system is operable.
  • Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users. Collects applicable fees for items issued, accounts for monies collected, safeguards funds and makes daily bank deposits.
  • Pre-checks and prepares equipment for customers, explains use and monitors proper usage.
  • Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Prepares work order for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.
  • Monitors inventories and number and condition of items on hand. Inspects equipment when turned in and collects pre-set fees for damages. May be requires to drive a motor vehicle as needed.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
1. Demonstrated ability to perform the following duties: secure facility, issue equipment to customers, collect fees (ex: registration for trip, payment of rented equipment etc.), and monitor inventory (ex. Supplies, equipment etc.).
2. Must have and retain a valid drivers license.

Initial Cut-Off Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2025 (Applications must be received by 11:59 PM EST). PCS Costs
  • Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Allowances and Differentials
  • This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
