Serves as a Project Management Specialist for the DFAS Texarkana Innovation Team in multiple areas to include Personal Management/Manpower and Finance/Accounting.
Incumbent will be responsible for the researching, development, management and execution of assigned enterprise wide projects to include development, coordination, administration evaluation, analysis, implementation and policy development.
Performs data and workflow analysis to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of enterprise wide programs and compares to industry standards.
Develops projects plans and associates resource requirements directing, managing across all project phases.
