Duties

Help

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, maintains all 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron (EFSS) online and digital marketing content and assists with creation of marketing collateral, content and campaigns. Serves as primary online marketing administrator for the 379th EFSS. Maintains online channels and digital platforms, including but not limited to: websites, social media, Marketing e-mails and text. Prepares marketing materials of all types to be used across various online platforms. Initiates and manages all online strategies consistent with management goals/directives. Continuously explores, recommends, uses, and optimizes communication methods and technologies to engage with customers, and to maximize the squadron's branding, products and services. Identifies relevant new strategies and technology to increase customers' engagement and to create online brand exposure. Maintains current knowledge on emerging technologies/industry trends and applies it into operations and activities. Conducts maintenance of the 379 FSS website, to include, but not limited to, periodic and daily updates and coordinates graphics to match visual design intent. Works with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing programs for the squadron and other activities. Assists the Marketing Director in developing communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the target market. Works with the Facility Managers/Supervisors, Marketing Assistants and the Marketing Director for updates to the content of the various webpages/files/ticket system requests. Makes recommendations to activity managers on the design of effective advertising vehicles and appropriate online media mix. Assists in planning marketing campaigns designed to enhance participation in squadron activities considering the characteristics of the target audience and the media mix necessary to reach them. Assists in administering surveys, collecting data, tabulating responses, and analyzing results. Tracks user analytics and aggregate data for each online platform. Explores search engine optimization and utilizes analytics as applicable. Works with other regular suppor1 functions (Public Affairs) as needed to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination. Must be mobile and attend FSS events to offer live streaming and recruitment to our social platforms. Adheres to Air Force guidance for security. Performs other duties as assigned.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience:
Possess a broad understanding of web-based trends and technologies. Have familiarized training in web development and design. Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Have knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrate good customer service and have strong communication skills. Be proficient in web design and maintenance. Have analytical problem-solving and organizational skills. Be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 Investigation. Be able to satisfactorily complete a Preemployment Physical and Drug test. Incumbent must sign the Air Force Mobility agreement.

Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
