Operates the cash register, collects money, makes change and issues receipts. Closes out the cash register, completes required paperwork and submits entire package to supervisor. Uses small equipment within the Frame shop, to include but not limited to the engraving machine and matt cutter. Prepares verbal and written estimates for customers, notifies customer when orders are complete. Calls in requests for framing supplies. Processes returns and credits with suppliers. Provides customer service, answers telephones. Places special orders. Stocks merchandise received.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Qualifying Experience:
Practical knowledge of equipment procedures, knowledge of matting and framing techniques, computer graphics or basic art layout is desired. Must have experience in using hand tools and simple mechanical equipment. Must have the ability to perform common math problems.
