Duties

Help
  • Directs or performs a variety of functions to provide administrative support for Installation Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Fund Activities to include weekly bank deposits.
  • Makes required changes to procedures and recommends changes to policy. Coordinates non-appropriated and appropriated fund requests using the applicable personnel automated system.
  • Assists with Commercial Sponsorships and/or Gift Coordination and coordinating special events.
  • Monitors and updates TDA and/or PRD. Validates operational workload data. Accumulates and provides statistical analysis in the form of charts and narratives, as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Driver's License will be required if operating a government vehicle for bank deposits and travel purposes.
  • Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors for special events.
  • Shift will usually be Monday-Friday 0730-1630. May need to work different shifts, weekends and holidays in support of special events.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

  • Demonstrated ability and experience or education to perform the duties of the position.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
  • Work experience writing business letters, memorandums, and messages in a regulation format.
  • Work experience managing and reporting task suspense utilizing tools such as Task Management Tool (TMT), now known as Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
  • Work have a minimum of one year work experience preparing presentations and charts utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Work experience procuring office automation equipment and supplies.
