Works under the supervision of the activity manager who makes specific assignments, explains polices and procedures, and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
Maintains schedules for maintenance and/or repair of physical facility. Manages data and prepares, tracks, and adjusts work orders for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.
Conducts surveillance of total facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor. Conducts liaison with facility supervisors, and serves as customer services point of contact.
Opens/closes facility by locking/unlocking doors and windows, and assuring security system is operable. Prepares, maintains, and monitors requirement lists and inventories for supplies and equipment in the facilities.
