You will oversee administration of information technology (IT) procurement contracts to ensure work is completed in accordance with budget
specifications.
You will develop scopes of work (e.g., description of work to be accomplished, technical requirements, standards) for contracting technical services.
You will oversee the assignment of work to ensure work is completed based on priorities and resource capabilities.
You will develop service level agreements (SLAs) to define requirements and expectations for the delivery of information technology (IT) customer support services.
You will provide technical guidance; identify training needs; interview and select candidates for vacancies; recommend promotions; approve leave; recommend awards and resolve disciplinary issues.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
