In order to qualify for the GS-13 , you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: (1) Designing and implementing financial policies and methodologies to calculate alternative model payments and total cost of care targets by leveraging financial, utilization, and actuarial data; (2) Developing data monitoring strategies and coordinating the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to evaluate compliance with model targets and assess for negative unintended consequences; and (3) Collaborating with internal teams and contractors to develop public facing materials, webinars, educational and technical tools, and briefing documents for various audiences, including model participants, interested parties, and internal leadership
