Your resume must show complete information for each job entry to support minimum qualifications. Only the first 2 pages of the resume/application will be used to verify minimum qualifications. Please be sure to include specific dates of employment and work schedule(s).
-Separation notice, Reduction in force (RIF) letter, if displaced due to RIF.
-If separated due to compensatory injury must provide written documentation of; date injury compensation benefits cease; or date the Department of Labor denies an appeal for continuation of injury compensation benefits.
-The Reemployment Priority List (RPL) registration form will be completed as part of the assessment questionnaire process.
