The incumbent combines strong foundational programming skills with advanced knowledge of machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, computer vision, and AI model deployment strategies.

The incumbent is primarily responsible for writing code and under the direction of the Lead Programmer/Developer may meet with end users to analyze their needs to implement software solutions.
Responsibilities

Employees of the United States Circuit Court are considered "At-Will" employees, and, as such, may be terminated with or without cause. The Office of Personnel Management civil service position classification standards and appeal procedures do not apply to federal court employees. This position is subject to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for payroll deposit.
