Inspects facilities, equipment and furnishings and performs preventive maintenance involving two or more trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical within skill level. Installs and/or repairs curtain rods, locks, hasps, ceiling fans, and furniture as required. Hangs mirrors, pictures and installs wall shelves. Replace light bulbs, using ladder and/or step stool to reach high areas.

Qualifying Experience:
Must have general experience which provided a basic knowledge of and ability to perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical duties. Must be skilled in the use of common hand tools, power equipment, and in measuring and aligning items to be installed.
