Applicants with SOFA Sponsorship only. This includes applicants with current Military Spouse Preference, Family member preference, and current CNIC employees within the Kanto region.
Grills steaks, chops, poultry, pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, etc., by watching while the items are cooking; turning as required in the preparation of salads, desserts, juices, fruits, or other items as directed by higher grade cooks.
Cooks cereal; makes beverages, toast, salads, and sandwiches.
Prepares vegetables and fruits for serving, as directed.
Place cooked food in serving dishes in steam carts and food trucks.
Frequently lifting objects weighing up to 30 pounds, constant standing and walking, and occasionally lifting over 50 pounds.
Exposure to steam, fumes, and odors.
Exposed to extreme temperatures when entering walk-in refrigerators.
Qualifications
Must have ability to follow instructions, work safely, and do simple arithmetic.
Knowledge of operating and cleaning food service equipment, characteristics of various foods, and the ability to season food and decide when foods are done is acquired on the job.
