Performs a wide variety of executive support services, administrative, executive-level meeting support, advisory, writing, preparation actions, scheduling, logistical, personnel management, automation and integration activities.
Maintains internal administrative standard operating procedures for all missions and functions.
Manages the entire organization's task and correspondence management support program.
Provides expert advice regarding analyses and appropriate strategies for collection of information/data and conduct of analyses.
Directs and orchestrates meetings and briefings to ensure that stated and implied goals are achieved, and appropriate follow-on actions are completed.
Researches, reviews, and interprets policies, directives, and regulations; determines applicability of that policy to DHA and PEO MS/CIO (J-6).
Makes necessary determinations to stimulate and initiate management improvements and modifications and exploits opportunities to improve policies and procedures.
