As an Administrative Officer at the GS-0341-13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Must pass a pre-employment security investigation and drug screening.
May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
May be required to successfully complete a supervisory probationary period.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust-Background Investigation.

Status candidates must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at the next lower grade level).
GS-13 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0341-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability:
1) Leading and supervising administrative staff to accomplish work assignments;
2) Advising management on budgetary matters such as status of funds, acquisition plans, account shortfalls, and financial regulation compliance;
3) Developing of comprehensive administrative management plans to identify administrative processes, and deadlines;
4) Providing advice on staffing and recruitment issues and;
5) Applying a variety of purchasing regulations, methods, and procedures to acquire services and supplies using purchase orders, blanket purchase agreements, or fixed price negotiated contracts.
