Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred; minimum of 10 - 15 years law enforcement experience with a major city Police Department, Federal law enforcement agency, or the military, with a minimum of 5 years at the command level, field grade officer, or at the SES level. Experience interacting with high-level city, state and/or Federal officials. Significant supervisory/management experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
