The area of consideration for this position is CAT 2 (Areas 1-4) and includes North Carolina (Title 32/Title 5) CURRENT ON-BOARD applicants. Applications will only be accepted from current Permanent and Excepted Indefinite (Title 5 Employees/Title 32 Technicians) assigned to the North Carolina National Guard.

As a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN, GS-2005-7, you will manage supply activities to include support of inventory control, storage, distribution, cataloging, supply identification systems, property utilization, and other related activities using both STAMIS and non-STAMIS systems; review procurements through the appropriate STAMIS and vendor based web sites; develop and apply standards to manager referred transactions; analyze the integrated management of ASL stock and contingency stock; analyze vendor reports to determine the destination of expended funds; manage stocks assigned to various classes of supply; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level.
