About the position: This position will be assigned to the 47th Force Support Squadron, XL Landings, located at Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, Texas.

This position is Flexible, guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours but can work up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. May include nights, weekends and holidays. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits.

Required continuous standing, walking, stooping, reaching, pushing, and bending for long periods of time.

Duties

Help

Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items on a serving line. Removes dishes and trays from tables. Operates. breaks down, and cleans all electrical equipment for food preparation. Cleans kitchen equipment and separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses, and silverware in dish washing area. Loads and operates dishwashers. stores clean dishes, glasses, and silverware. Washes tables and counters, vacuums and shampoos carpets. Sweeps and mops floors, cleans windows, washes walls and cleans and sanitizes trash cans. Sorts, washes, peels and cuts fresh fruits and vegetables.

Qualifying Experience:
This is an entry level position and no minimum qualifications are required.

Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
