Summary

Provide administrative support and assist the Resort Manager in daily work processes.
Processes and types all correspondence, memos, contracts, and reports for all branches.
For payroll, incumbent assists managers in computing employee timesheets daily.
Performs a variety of routine duties to include initiating reports for insurance when accidents occur and maintaining log of all paperwork for all personnel actions.
Serves as liaison between the Keyport Regional FFRP Service Center
Delivers flexible employee indoctrination on an on-going basis.
Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the organization procedures, policies, and functional assignments within the division to answer questions, refer callers and visitors.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize projects.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
