U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Provides support and assistance to the Sports and Fitness Director in the use of recreation equipment, materials, and facilities.
Apply a practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of various types of recreation equipment.
Operates various types of equipment in support of athletic field maintenance such as lawn mowers, tractors with attachments, edging and pruning tools, trimmers, rakes, and trucks.
Work involves indoor and outdoors and may be exposed to adverse weather conditions.
Conducts daily safety and maintenance checks of facilities, grounds, and outdoor recreation areas.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
A Physical is required.
Travel to on and off post locations required. Incumbent must have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
Progressively responsible work experience that provided knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance, inventory, ordering and instructing; and use of various recreation equipment. Good customer relations skills. Must be physical able to walk, bend, stoop, stand on a routine basis; lift supplies and equipment weighing up 50 pounds.

PCS Costs

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials
This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
