Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technically authoritative advice, expert analysis, and assistance to resolve issues associated with the responsibility for all Military Sea-life Command, AND ensuring ship readiness. 2) Mastery of marine cargo practices and procedures as they affect Combat Logistics Force Operations as well as expertise in merchant ship and naval auxiliary ship construction, capabilities and operating procedures. 3) Expert knowledge of command and project goals and ability to creatively develop teams that are custom designed for each project and program and are able to execute the project and provide feedback and lessons for accomplishing the command's mission. 4) Comprehensive knowledge of functions, operations and procedures of the Department of the Navy's Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.
