Duties

Help
  • You will provide direct coordination and be responsible for the administration of programs, exercising continuous attention to the coordination among internal and external work units, and ensuring optimum customer service is maintained.
  • You will perform administrative and technical duties in support of the work of a moderately complex organization.
  • You will provide advice and assistance to supervisors, managers, and staff members on a wide variety of issues.
  • You will prepare and analyze organizational charts based on monthly updates.
  • You will prepare approved training schedules, disseminate and track completion of training, provide logistical support for all training and ensure that arrangements for classroom and equipment are made.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing administrative and technical personnel support; 2) Utilizing computer software and systems (ex: Microsoft Office, DCPDS, TWMS or similar systems); and 3) Preparing and analyzing reports, charts, and correspondences.
