Open to current NAF N9 Information Technology employees.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Provides tier-2 level database and applications support for the Region NAF IT Manager and team.
- Configures, maintains and provides customer support for the applications maintained by the NAF Information Technology (IT) department in support of Fleet & Family Readiness Programs.
- Work includes primarily maintaining the RecTrac Point-of-Sale (POS) and WebTrac E-Commerce system in Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments but includes supporting all applications required by NAF (IT). RecTrac and WebTrac support covers a wide range of business function including retail, restaurants, membership passes, equipment rental, locker rental, on-line activity registration, ticket sales, turn-style access control and on-line golf tee-time reservations.
- Other duties include maintenance related to supported applications, facilitating training of supported applications, and writing technical user level documentation. Must be organized, attentive to detail, able to multitask and work under stringent deadlines.
- Current applications related to the position include: RecTrac (POS), WebTrac (E-Commerce), Revel (POS) Visionline (Electronic Door Locks), Citrix (Virtualization & Application Hosting), QubicaAMF Conqueror (Recreational Bowling POS), and various other applications.
- Enters work orders as requested and maintains detailed record of all tasks accomplished towards completion of the work order.
Secondary Responsibilities Include:
- Experience in Remote Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, network device sharing, graphical design, HTML, database management and technical writing a plus.
- Occasional overnight stays and travel is required as needed.
- This position is required to provide occasional weekend and after-hours on-call support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
