This is a Non-Reimbursable Detail Opportunity for 6 months or less. If selected your agency/management/supervisor must concur with the non-reimbursable detail. A MOU will be signed between your agency/management/supervisor and the agency. RELOCATION EXPENSES WILL NOT BE PAID. The detailee must work from another federal office.
As a Human Resources Specialist (Classification), GS-0201-12, your typical work assignments may include the following:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must meet the qualification requirements outlined below to be considered minimally qualified for this position. The qualification requirements are in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standards.
GRADE REQUIREMENT: This is NOT a promotion. Applicant MUST currently be at the grade level advertised.
AND
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to the next lower grade (GS-11) or comparable pay band in the Federal service which includes: 1) Analyzing and classifying a wide variety of position descriptions by making determinations on the proper responsibilities, authorities, and distribution of a position; 2) Corresponding with customers regarding the standards and impacts of classification decisions; 3) Preparing reports of findings and making recommendations to operating officials on ways to improve the structure and work distribution of employee skills.
