Duties

Help
  • Verifies customer eligibility, reviews and verifies applications for completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Receives payment and provides change for service fees. Accurately maintains change funds. Maintains all automation requirements associated with special events. Updates customer files with new information.
  • Verifies all customer data transactions for accuracy. Provides guidance to questions regarding changes/updates of assigned programs.
  • Maintains office-filing system, assists with funds control, data entry and credit card processing at various events. Reviews validity of application and maximum distribution of forms.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A probation period of one year may be required.
  • Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

Demonstrated work experience performing the duties listed below (Note: Work experience must be equivalent in difficulty to the NF-01 level).

  • Receiving payment & providing change to customers.
  • Creating and maintaining customer files and/or an office filing system.
