Supervises planning and sustainment personnel responsible for the establishment of current and future shop requirements of DLA and Non-DLA managed materials.
Provides oversight of material supportability planning and analysis for project and shop workloads and resolves issues impacting supply needs.
Maintains DLA’s mission, functions and responsibilities to support the Industrial Activities’ (IA) mission.
Directs the Planning team in providing timely material support forecasts to ensure future workload accomplishment.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Inventory Management Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.
