Duties

Help
  • You will have knowledge of applicable NAVSUP WSS, SYSCOM, Navy International Programs Office ( IPO) and other organizations to oversee the Aviation RoR program and to ensure the program is in compliance.
  • You will have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations as they apply to FMS repair contracts to ensure effective execution of FMS Aviation RoR requirements.
  • You will have knowledge of SA/SC IT systems such as WebRoR, NERP, the Management Information System, International Logistics ( MISIL) etc.. in which they interface to extract data and perform analyses
  • You will prepare and present budget adjustments or realignments to NAVSUP WSS Case Mangers or SYSCOM PMs and logistics managers.

  • This is a Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating knowledge of Aviation Repair of Repairables ( RoR) and following up on logistic support for the full range of international partners supported within the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Aviation Order Fulfillment Branch. Specialized experience may demonstrate the following: 1) Ensures all cost, schedule, transportation, and performance goals are met for the program utilizing the acquisition of repair, return, logistics services for repairables in support of the mission; 2) Prepares, maintains and serves as the final authority for determining NAVSUP WSS Aviation FMS life cycle support costs; 3) Formulates and monitors the Foreign Military Sales ( FMS) Aviation Repair of Repairables ( RoR) budgets; 4) Supports and coordinates the execution of WebRoR for current and prospective FMS customers; and 5) Develops Repair of Repairables ( ROR) program recommendations to stakeholders for FMS program management reviews, integrated logistics reviews, and case reconciliation reviews.
