You will serve as Telecommunication Specialist for analyzing technical data of communication systems.
You will initiate and direct actions at the National or International level, as required, to eliminate conflicts in frequency assignments which arise
as a result of the heavily congested radio frequency spectrum.
You will serve as a technical authority, responsible for communicating the frequency assignment process to all levels of command, orally and in
writing.
You will provide guidance, recommendations and spectrum management assistance to Navy and Marine commands.
You will provide oversee and maintain a continuous program of monitoring, tracking and advising of frequency assignment record reviews.
You will participate in meetings and briefings to investigate problems, coordinate projects, and keep abreast of changes in operations,
requirements, or technological advances.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing engineering data for frequency, telecommunications, AND other Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) matters.
