Actively participates in formulation of Cyber Center budget estimates and reporting.
Responsible for final documentation of assigned program segments for inclusion in the overall budget presentation to TRADOC, as applicable.
Responsible for satisfactory execution of program as presented to higher headquarters for all assigned activities.
Incumbent has responsibility for preparation of all portions of Installation Program Budget/Financial Management reports as pertains to serviced activities.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Temporary duty (TDY) business travel may be required approximately 10 percent of the time.
This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position.
Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program.
Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.

Maintaining of the budget program for the organization to include formation of budget and reporting budget. B. Resolving budget issues such as recognizing need for reprogramming for organization. C. Using data analysis tools such Excel and Power BI for major financial reports to highlight programming impact. D. Providing guidance of financial regulation/policies and written directives to interpret and present data for the command.

Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
