Duties

Help

Email & Digital Marketing. Works under the direction of the Marketing Director to update and maintain digital assets, assists with creation of marketing collateral, use of media through marketing campaigns, primarily through email and digital marketing. Must have working knowledge of ConstantContact (or similar email marketing platforms). Using highly developed organizational skill, serves as primary digital and email content specialist ensuring digital content is current and accurate; Updates, adds, deletes, revises content based on information provided to the Marketing Office or approved input from leadership, Flight Chiefs and managers on a daily basis. Position requires writing, editing, and designing content for digital publishing. Assists co-workers with projects/tasks, creating/distributing a variety of marketing materials across various platforms. Works with Marketing Director to ensure digital content meets squadron and mission objectives, properly reflecting Air Force standards. Uses a variety of digital platforms, applications, techniques, plugins, apps, and tools to effectively manage digital assets. Continuously explores, recommends, uses, and optimizes communication methods and technologies to engage with customers, and to maximize the squadron's branding, products and services; identifies relevant new strategies/technologies/industry trends; creates and boosts customers' engagements, brand exposure and applies them into operations and activities. Assists Marketing Director in developing communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the target market. Assists in marketing surveys, collecting data, tabulating responses, and analyzing results effectively. Must be flexible and attend FSS events, programs and meetings to provide workflow updates. Utilize AI technologies and services with proper approval processes. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifying Experience:
Professional experience in digital marketing, through email marketing and ad display. Working knowledge of digital and email marketing campaigns and processes. Understanding of digital media technologies. Must possess superior reading, writing and comprehension skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to details. Demonstrable working knowledge of fundamental marketing communication and ability to understand marketing strategies, concepts, and campaign objectives. Skilled in utilizing media materials and have knowledge of a wide range of visual communication, layout principles, balance and contrast, and ideas for the conception, planning and precise execution of a variety of projects. Working knowledge of online media platforms such as:Wordpress, ConstantContact and Microsoft Office for communications and reports is a must.

Condition(s) of Employment:
Towing trailer capabilities. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Education
