Serve as a team leader for an interdisciplinary team (IDT) that manages the overall treatment of the patient.
Responsible for implementing a coordinated clinical treatment that includes identifying patient needs and concerns,
Develop and revise the patient treatment plan and continuing care for co-occurring disorders.
Provide assessment individual therapy, group therapy, psycho-social skills building groups (such as coping skills, anger management), education workshops, crisis intervention and referral services to patients in the treatment program.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
This position requires Basic Life Support training certification from, or in accordance with, the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. Current Advanced Life Support or other advanced certification does not supersede BLS completion.
This position requires that applicants must be able to fulfill credentialing requirements and obtain and maintain appropriate/relevant clinical privileges.
This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.

Individual Occupational Requirement for Social Worker:
