Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
Employee must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Employee must obtain and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license.
Position may require individual to be on call and may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours.
The incumbent may be required to work overtime and work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays at Management’s discretion due to mission needs.
Position is subject to a call back requirement to report within 2 hours of notification.
Incumbent is required to obtain certification/recertification as outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M. Personnel must obtain certification within six months. Failure to obtain and/or maintain certification are grounds for termination.

To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12.
