The Apprentice Field Service Technician collects cash, maintains machine records, processes jackpots, cleans, repairs, supports equipment, and coordinates between ARMP teams, agencies, and management.

Performs all required cash collections of gaming and non-gaming equipment using a data collection device or hand written documents. Performs automated cash dispenser count downs and fills. Checks, verifies and records all machine bookkeeping data and prepares all required drop documentation. Verifies, processes and authorizes payment of gaming machine jackpots ensuring that all required documentation has been completed and filed.
Performs cleaning of all gaming and non-gaming equipment. With supervision troubleshoots and performs minor repairs on gaming and amusement equipment, cash dispenser and associated peripheral equipment. Assists with the installation, support and maintenance of all ARMP operated equipment.
Moves and installs all field operation equipment. Serves as a liaison between internal ARMP departments, outside agency representatives, and the field office operations manager.
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Experience performing minor repairs, including the troubleshooting of equipment to successfully perform the duties of the position. Work experience in cash collection and verifying totals against receipts or other documentation.
