You will direct lead of the work being performed in the shop and outside to assure that each worker produces work that meets approved quality standards and adheres to schedule.
You will demonstrate proper working methods, ensuring all necessary equipment is available to the workers.
You will use planning, layout, and construction skills to manufacture items and systems.
You will examine and troubleshoot to determine the extent of repairs required, materials or part needed, and to estimate the time require to complete repairs.
